PAYMENTS

On bazookamenswear.com website it is possible to pay online with most of the CREDIT CARDS and with PAYPAL, the safest and most used worldwide platform for online payments. By purchasing on this site, information regarding sensitive payment data (such as credit card number and personal data) will be managed directly by Shopify® or PAYPAL® encrypted security system, consequently neither Bazooka , nor other subjects may never have access to it. PLEASE NOTE: THE PRICES INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE ARE VALID ONLY IF PURCHASED AND PAID ONLINE OR FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE AND COLLECTED IN THE STORE.

Bazookamenswear.com ships worldwide only with UPS/FEDEX/DHL couriers.

Delivery time for EU countries is 3-4 working days from Monday to Friday.
Delivery time for countries outside EU is 6-7 working days from Monday to Friday.

All shipments are trackable. At the time of shipment the client receives the name of the courier and the tracking number to follow the progression of the shipment. Orders may be dispatched with a different courier from UPS on some occasions.

Please note that the couriers do not deliver to post-office boxes or personal mailboxes.
As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official receipt which states the value of each item in Euro. Discounted items reflect discounted prices. It is illegal to declare lower values or items as gifts.
As per tax regulations, it is not allowed to ship to a different country from the billing one.

If the box looks tampered, you can either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. If any of these conditions are met, you must promptly open a claim with the local Courier Office and inform info@bazookamenswear.com Customer Care immediately.

 

DDU (DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID) AND DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAID) SHIPPING

Items will be delivered DDU and according to the destination country.
E.g. In the USA for amounts up to $800 there are no additional taxes.

DDU Shipping: The extra EU countries are not subject to VAT, but are subject to any eventual local tax and import/clearance duties.
For these countries, the prices shown are already VAT deducted.

Should the order not be delivered due to a lack of client details or refusing to pay the duty (wrong or absent telephone number, wrong or absent address, non-compliance with import regulations) the package risks being sent back to Italy at the client’s expense including any import/clearance fees in which Luxury-outlet.it may incur for the return of good/s to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual refund.

Orders are dispatched in chronological order, according to the time received. From Monday to Friday orders are dispatched within 72 hours from the moment they are placed.

We remind all of our clients that during particular periods of the year, on Italian public holidays on which couriers do not deliver, and on very busy days, that we list here below, handling time (order processing and preparation) may delay up to 6/7 days:

January 1st and 6th
Easter and Easter Monday
April 25th
May 1st
June 2nd
August 15th
November 1st
December 8th, 25th and 26th
Black Friday, special offers etc…

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days. The return needs to be sent from the country that the shipment was originally sent to.
You either have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email. After sending us your cancellation mail, please wait for our confirmation.

Please be aware that all returned items must be in their original conditions, without having been worn, washed or altered and with all tags still attached. Hosiery, underwear and socks cannot be returned, once taken out of the sealed packaging. Please note the returned goods shipment fare is

The box used to pack the return should be the same as you received or a new one, but never just the original branded box.

Should shoes show any sign of wear, not be returned in the original shoebox or their box used as the packing box, we have the right to reject your return. We therefore kindly ask you to try on footwear on a soft, carpeted surface only.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Write us an email containing details of your account and order.
Wait for our confirmation mail with the instructions to return.
Contact your local shipping company to organize the pick-up.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For DDU deliveries, customs duties, sales tax on imports as well as handling costs that were charged to you by the shipping agent cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bazookamenswear.com
